Almost all the covers and cases for the previous generation iPod Video will fit the new iPod classic. In general an iPod classic 80GB will fit old 30GB covers/cases and the new iPod 160GB will fit old iPod video 80Gb covers/cases.
NOTE : The new 2009 model iPod 120GB Classic 6.5Gen will fit perfectly into all 80GB Classic covers and cases.
