PHYSICAL ADDRESS
We are an online store and therefore do not have a physical store or showroom. We do not have facilities for collection or drop off. We currently have 5 staff members working from two different locations in South Africa. Due to security reasons, we unfortunately do not offer pickups at any of our locations. Items are all shipped from central warehouses and do not offer collection facilities from these premises either.

9.00 AM - 12.00 PM Mondays to Friday excluding public holidays for telephonic queries relating to stock availability or product enquiries.
Our website is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year to accept orders.

Our landline is an answering service which allows clients to leave messages for product related queries or technical support on a product that was purchased from us. Please do not leave a message for order queries as the calls will not be returned. You can query an order on sales@igear.co.za
