We are an online store and therefore do not have a physical store or showroom. We do not have facilities for collection or drop off. We currently have 5 staff members working from two different locations in South Africa. Due to security reasons, we unfortunately do not offer pickups at any of our locations. Items are all shipped from central warehouses and do not offer collection facilities from these premises either. Please do not ask for collections as we do not offer collections of any kind whatsoever.
9.00 AM - 14.00 PM Mondays to Thursday excluding public holidays for telephonic queries relating to stock availability or product enquiries. Order enquiries are to be e-mailed only. Our website is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year to accept orders.

Our landline is an answering service which allows clients to leave messages for product related queries or technical support on a product that was purchased from us. We will contact you back within 24 hours.
NB: Please do not leave a message for order queries as the calls will not be returned. You can query an order on firstname.lastname@example.org
We have streamlined our mail address boxes to make it easily manageable for a better response time.
