With the Nike + iPod Sport Kit you get a  wireless sensor and receiver combination that works exclusively with your Nike+ shoes (or the Marware Sportsuit sensor if you want to use your own shoes) and your iPod to give you real-time feedback during workouts and let you track your performance on your Mac or PC.

NOTE : Check your Nike shoes to see if the insole has the Nike+ logo (shown left). If you see the logo, then your shoes are compatible with the Nike+ iPod sports kit. Otherwise you will have to buy a Marware Sportsuite holder to put onto your existing pair of shoes
