Motorola Xoom with 32GB memory, WiFi and 3G wireless. Has a microSD memory card slot to allow you to expand memory up to 64GB.  It has a 1Ghz dual core processor with 1GB ram with a 2 MP front camera and 5 MP rear camera with flash that can record up to 720p HD.  It has a full HD screen as well as a micro usb slot. 

The most interesting feature of the Xoom is its HD screen and 10-hour battery life for playing videos. Where it beats the iPad is with full Adobe Flash support for better web-site support and the ability to cheaply expand your memory with SD cards. It can also connect to USB devices through the micro-USB slot. No expensive external adapters required like the iPad and Galaxy Tab. 

The Xoom is the reference platform used by Google developers for the Android Honeycomb Tablet operating system so you are guaranteed things work like they are supposed to. Remember, Google just aquired the Motorola business that makes the Xoom.
